How long does an order take to make?
We confirm the making time when you message us. Custom orders usually take a bit longer.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Yes, to the Gulf and internationally. Shipping cost is quoted by hand on WhatsApp or Instagram for now, based on your location and what you’re ordering.
How do I pay?
In Lebanon: Whish transfer or cash on delivery. Outside Lebanon: message us and we’ll arrange payment in the chat.
How much does a piece cost?
We don’t list prices on the site. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with the piece you want and we’ll confirm a price before you order.
Can I change the colors?
Usually yes. Message us with the colors you’d like and we’ll confirm if it works for that piece.
What are the pieces made from?
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we’ll confirm the materials for the specific piece you’re asking about.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Are the pieces suitable for babies and small children?
Our baby pieces haven’t been through any testing, so we make no claim about which ages they suit. Message us before ordering for an infant, and always supervise young children with any small handmade item.
