Shipping
Every piece is made to order, then shipped from Lebanon.
Lebanon
Order on WhatsApp or Instagram. Pay by Whish transfer or cash on delivery. Delivery time depends on your area and how long the piece takes to make — we’ll confirm both when you order.
Gulf countries
We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Shipping cost is quoted on WhatsApp or Instagram once we know your city and the pieces you want. We haven’t fixed flat rates yet.
Everywhere else
We ship internationally. Shipping cost is quoted on WhatsApp or Instagram once we know your city and the pieces you want.
Returns
Each piece is made for you, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Good to know
Every piece is made to order, so shipping starts once your piece is finished, not the day you order. We confirm the making time when you message us. Customs fees outside Lebanon are the buyer’s responsibility.
